WeAreHouse78 LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is an event production and brand activation company operating The 9AM Banger brand and its affiliated event series, including RNB at 9AM, Dominican at 9AM, Perreo at 9AM, Rave at 9AM, Rise and Rose, and Miles at 9AM. Our primary website is the9ambanger.com and our event platform is The 9AM Banger. This Privacy Policy governs all data collection and usage in connection with our websites, events, ticketing platforms, social media channels, and internal business tools. Through the use of our websites and services, you are consenting to the data practices described in this agreement.

• Communications including messages, inquiries, and correspondence sent to us via email, direct message, or contact forms.
• User-Generated Content (UGC) including photos and videos publicly posted that tag or mention The 9AM Banger at our events.

• Process ticket purchases and confirm event registrations

• Identify and reach out to fans who create content at our events to request permission for reposting oradvertising use
• Analyze advertising performance via Meta Ads Manager and Instagram Insights
• Improve our events, marketing, and overall fan experience

WeAreHouse78 LLC does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, or lease any of our customer lists and/or
names to any third parties.
4. User-Generated Content and Social Media
When you post publicly and tag @the9ambanger or use our event hashtags, your content may appear in our internal monitoring tools and content management systems. We will always request your explicit permission before reposting your content to our channels or using it in paid advertisements. We will never use your content for commercial purposes without your consent. You may revoke permission at any time by contacting us atweare@house78.com.
5. Meta and Instagram API Usage
We use Meta's Graph API and Instagram API to manage our advertising campaigns, monitor content performance, respond to comments, and manage direct messages on our official business accounts. This access is governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Data Policy. We do not sell or share data obtained through Meta's APIs with third parties outside of our internal operations.
6. Sharing of Information
WeAreHouse78 LLC may share specific data with trusted partners to conduct statistical analysis, deliver marketing, deliver support, or arrange for deliveries. Those third parties shall be strictly prohibited from making use of your personal information other than to deliver those services you have requested. We work with the following third-party services:
